Yes read that chapter! But please notice that most everything within
the table at the end of that chapter is most abundantly and most powerfully
provided by means of a vegan diet consisting solely upon a wide variety of the
four food groups specified under item #1 above! That is, with no additional supplements added whatsoever! Such
supplements are only called for by the lack of essential nutrients in commonly
used processed foods, and the corresponding lack in, and imbalances caused by,
animal foods such as dairy, eggs, and meat. And yes, by the added load of
toxins, of whatever species, we may each expose ourselves to…
